Good location, friendly staff, great pool, big room.
Towels were old and used too many times, the entrance door would never open from first time, sound isolation not the best as you can hear neighbours quite good.

Like the spacious room for family
1. The beds are too hard 2. Little spa/pool in the family room did not work. Water was yellow 3. Tiles in front of the door was very slippery. We had a couple falls. 4. The bath towels were very poor condition. Unable to dry off after shower. 5. The kettle is very small
